Download rates by clicking here.

Directions to install: Double click on the Zip file, and extract all files to a directory of your choice. Then double click on Setup.exe to install.

CAUTION: If you do not want to retain prior year rates, delete the directory and files containing the prior year rates before downloading the current rates.

If you want to retain prior year rates, load the current rates in a directory other than VOLT. The name of the new directory should be not greater than eight characters; such as VOLT05.
