Volunteer Express provides excellent resources that allow our customers to integrate the shipping and tracking features of our website into your system with a suite of tools. From a customer service portal, transit data files, API, and a traditional EDI to web service the options allow you to choose how you integrate with Volunteer Express.

EDI – Electronic Data Interchange

Traditional EDI is also an option. Contact our accounts team to get set up. We currently support the following ANSI/X12 EDI transaction sets:

• EDI/204 – Pickup Request (Motor Carrier Load Tender)

• EDI/210 – Invoice (Motor Carrier Freight Details and Invoice)

• EDI/211 – Bill of Lading (Carrier Bill of Lading)

• EDI/214 – Delivery Status (Transportation Carrier Shipment Status Message)

• EDI/997 – Acknowledgement (Functional Acknowledgment)

Web Services/SOAP API
 

We provide a suite of web services that allow our customers the ability to integrate and utilize nearly all functions available on our website into your systems. All services require the use of login credentials.

Before you can use our web services you will need to contact our accounts team at 800.251.1015 to become web-enabled. Once enabled you will be provided with registration details.
